How has Madibaz Radio / MadibazNews shaped and assisted you in your career now?: MR was the starting phase of my professional career, assisting with my admin skills, improving my communication skills and client liason talents. Understanding the nature of client relations and dealing with people. Managing a staff of 80+ people was the perfect step into a managerial role and understanding the asserting yourself in any position is key.
